By accessing and using Utilbox (utilbox.org), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Utilbox grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our tools for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or services
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in any form of harassment or abuse
• Perform activities that disrupt or degrade service quality

All content on Utilbox, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Utilbox or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

As a user of Utilbox, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

By submitting content through contact forms or feedback channels, you grant Utilbox the right to use, modify, and distribute such content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Utilbox may offer support or sponsor contribution options, including cryptocurrency-enabled support checkouts in selected flows. These contributions may include optional thank-you perks (for example, time-limited Plus feature access) where explicitly described.

• Support contributions are not transferable and may be linked to one account only
• Sponsor perks are discretionary benefits, not ownership rights in Utilbox
• Perk eligibility can require account sign-in and successful payment verification
• Approved refunds (including partial refunds) may revoke associated sponsor perks
• We may limit, suspend, or deny perks in abuse, fraud, compliance, or sanctions scenarios

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, violation of these terms.

Utilbox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We may also modify these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
