14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligible purchases can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, subject to purchase verification and the eligibility rules below.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. For credit purchases, the refund amount depends on the unused credits that remain eligible from the original purchase at the time of review. For support contributions, we verify the original transaction and process the refund through Paddle.
Support Contributions
Contributions made through our Support page are covered by the same 14-day refund window. Support refunds are handled through support review rather than the self-service credit refund flow.
Some support tiers may include time-limited sponsor perks (for example, temporary Plus access) as a thank-you benefit. Sponsor perks are linked to the original support transaction and account.
If you decide a contribution is not right for you, contact us within the 14-day window and include your transaction details so we can locate the original Paddle payment and process the request.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Time Limit: Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date
- Original Purchase Verification: Your request must match a valid original purchase or support transaction
- Credit Purchases: Refunds for credits are based on the unused credits that remain eligible from the original purchase
- Full Or Partial Refund: If all eligible purchased credits remain unused, you may receive a full refund. If only part remains unused, the refund may be partial. If no eligible credits remain unused, the request may be denied.
- Single Refund Per Purchase: Each purchase can be refunded only once after settlement.
- Sufficient Credit Balance Required: If refunded credits cannot be removed from your current balance (for example, because credits were already used), the refund request will be rejected.
- Support Perk Reversal: For support contributions with sponsor perks, any approved refund (full or partial) revokes associated perks.
Note: Refund approval may require verification of purchase details and remaining unused credits. Once a refund is processed, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account balance.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund using one of these paths:
- For credit purchases, sign in and submit a refund request from your Credits page
- For support contributions, or if you need manual help, contact us directly with the details below
Please include the following information when contacting us:
- Your account email address
- The transaction ID or order number from your purchase receipt
- The date of purchase
- The amount paid
- Reason for refund (optional - not required)

Refund Processing Time
We aim to review refund requests within 5-7 business days, but timing can vary depending on purchase verification, manual review, and payment provider processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Payment Method: Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Credit purchases with no eligible unused credits remaining
- Promotional, bonus, or granted credits do not create additional refundable value beyond the original paid purchase amount
Partial Refunds
For credit purchases, we calculate a proportional refund based on the unused credits remaining at the time of review and the actual refunded amount from the payment provider, capped by the paid-credit portion of the original transaction.
Example: If you purchased 1,000 credits for $10 and used 300 credits, you will receive a refund of $7 (70% of the purchase price for the 700 unused credits).
If your account balance includes credits from multiple purchases, bonus credits, or admin grants, we may manually review the request before final approval.
For support contributions with sponsor perks, partial refunds are treated as perk-ineligible events and associated perks are revoked when the refund is approved.
Cancellation
You may request a refund at any time within the 14-day window. If your refund request is still pending review, you may cancel it from your account or by contacting support. Once a refund has moved into processing or has settled, it may no longer be cancellable.
